Looking for gains

Following this stock for a while now and with skin in the game. Surprised that IGE has drifted lower given recent developments (Amsterdam construction, proposed locations have all been positive). I would have thought a move beyond 40 cents was more likely which probably reflects how much i know!!! Nonetheless, just a little frustrated...hence the (pointless) post.
