Doubt it, china is not its primary target export market, it is not into the powders product segment either. Sufficient shareholders believe and would support the business model being sound enough for its own development not a takeover by an offshore party, maybe at some time in the future (years away). For now on a miniature scale it is an acquirer rather than a target, it can increase substantially if it wanted to go down the M&A path but that's not a conversation for H/C at this point.
