I have in my previous posts talked about the expenses incurred (first half year) which were not substantiated or explained in the notes and did not raise a big issue because the report was not audited and relied on the directors presentation. Come full year you can rest be assured that I will be doing a more detailed analysis and trust that other shareholders will do likewise and will as an initial step query the Directors and Auditors if we see cause to do so. If we fail to receive any response or response that is not satisfactory then the matter will be referred to the ASX and if need be shareholders can collectively take appropriate action.
As Management do read whats on hotcopper it it best they do not take shareholders for fools and realise that many here are professionals who have vast experience and skills far outstripping that of Management and have grown sick and tired of lack off communication and Management's style of running this company as P/L or a small family concern. Management is accountable to their shareholders and time is running out for them.
