Out of all the TO bid speculation, AHF would be most likely to get the max premium if they ever did get a bid: if Mengniu or Dairy Crest Group ever did bid for AHF,
After Fairfax Financial took over Tower with a 40% premium which was not even seen and not close to what the FXJ said at the time in that Allianz was taking over QBE, we have had JD/ Yili Group for A2M, FXJ TO bid by a PEG, KKR for Woolworths, Bechtel for LLC, SUN for NHF, QBE for IAG, ENOC for CTX, Total for STO, COP/ EIG for SXY, US Steel for BSL, Babcock International for DOW, Cameco for ERA, Henderson Group for PTM, BTT for PAC, Kinder Morgan for APA, Randgold/ Anglo American for SBM, Bayer/ BTG/ Merck for SRX, Ladbrokes for TAH, MGM Resorts for SGR, Compass for GEM, SGX/ Deutsche Borse 4 ASX (SGX has already been rejected by Gov't), GLEN for BHP, there are a few I have missed for sure. There r just too many IMHO but pls DYOR. Why is every company on the ASX for sale? Earnings season missing expectations? Now new year's rebalancing is over, takeover tips/ rumors/ history should be over IMHO but pls DYOR.
Perhaps AHF might be different, let's see but the raft of TO bids is not materialising.
