just being conservative in a bear market this type of prediction would be accepted. I think HDR could be about to slow on the upside.
Yet i said the same thing about Portman mining brought at 80c sold at $1.60 and said it wouldnt go higher - last time i checked it was $2.77 so there you go and thats in 12 months.
