I can assure you that ARV are very focussed on Cobalt. They have some low grade ore left lying around the Radio Hill processing plant that was left over when the plant was shut down (at a time when most metal prices inc cobalt were much higher). They are assaying this ore to see how much cobalt etc is in it.
They also have a copper and gold deposit at Carlow Castle which had some drill results for Cobalt that were good. If they do some metalurgical studies they might find some of this cobalt is actually recoverable.
In fact Chaiman David Leningas has tweeted that this deposit was going to be the first Cobalt mine in Australia. And after recent review of aerial data he declared the area was likely a new cobalt province.
