I hold FRI shares, and I spend much time thinking about it, and wondering what headwinds face it. Yesterday I read that some years ago there was a frenzy of development on the Gold Coast, funded by construction companies who justified go-aheads on the basis of presales. When the boom collapsed there, would-be owners pulled out and forfeited their deposits. That this might happen to FRI in future is a truism, but what is the probability, and what are there factors that make FRI different in respect to this risk?
