Yes - I don't think there's a significant risk of large scale defaults on Finbar product, but wanted to point out that buyer's can't simply forfeit their deposit and walk away as it seems to get raised as an issue on a regular basis. It's not hard to see why people get nervous or confused with doubtful posts, like the ones in this thread claiming that purchasers of another company's product were "all sued", then "bankrupted" - before we finally hear that it was inferred that buyers weren't just allowed to walk away on the basis that someone was miserable having to chase them up.
