I meant whether the $12million was a legislated cap for the year or if it could be further esxtended with ease. It might be an alternative the company seeks to carry out as opposed to bumping up dividends further or especially with times in the balance currently they may feel there are better capital opportunities by redeploying it internally for the buy back.
I assume there would be room to move given 12million isnt' particularly high to begin with?
