Pioupiou, I've been working on a forecast over the next four years and attached screen shot. Im not so concerned with the DPS as I rather they reinvest the money anyway into more high yielding projects. I haven't allowed for unsold stock in any of the years as I figured there would be carry over from the previous year to account for this and balance it out. I also dont know what the Project Management fee for JV's is exactly so I have tried to guestimate 9% based on the previous years. Also with the corporate loan interest, rather than include this, I have netted it out of the commercial rents.
If anyone knows of anything that is missing, please let me know so I can update for my records.
I dont see the DPS increasing substantially over the next 4 years as they have a large amount of projects to fund in FY19.
