not necessarily, imo.
if lamp operation is delayed for another month or months i don't see any reason why it couldn't go to 85c or even lower
this has past the point of what many would have regarded as ridiculous.
i get the impression that the so-called shorters could send it anywhere they like
they could possibly send it back to 50c or lower with accompanying news
wouldn't be surprised to see a dodgy deal that undercuts non privileged shareholders before any rise.
no reason not to excpect another uneventful week of manipulation.
