Short sale yesterday was still high at 1,363,714. This nearly 45% of the regular trading day volume. Today, IGO is up again. We need a long run up for a whole 2 week to get a positive indicator that a bottom is found. This baby has to get over 7 before we can be comfortable that the worst is over.
