    The shorts is forcing a capitulation by the look of it. But it may not happen because the volume is high but not high enough. Currently it is at 1.8M which is high but a real capitulation must have an exceptionally high volume. This only happens when the the long who buy on margin loans crash out. Fund managers dump to get out. Automatic stop loss orders by lartger holders are triggered ... there must be a blood bath with extremely high volume must happen. Without a real capitulaytion, the stock price will go back up and the shorts will continue their business as usual hoping to cause a capitulation. It may never happens.

    I think the chart shows only 2 true capitulation when the stock dropped 84% and another time at about 68%. The first time it went on to run up 470% before the next big selloff. This was when IGO was still a young company. The second time it ran up 1100% to reach all time high around 15.x.
