looking for the following stock to buy

Can you all help please. I'm new to Hotcopper and think this is the right place to ask.

I am looking at spending about $30k to balance my portfolio and need a stock with the following attributes so that I can research further:

1. Any resource
2. Near term producer/Recent producer
3. NPVs at a minimum of double the market cap of the company
4. Funding in place - Money in the bank/Debt agreement
5. Net assets at close to market cap of company
5. Preferably generating cash and will have planned capex all paid off within the next couple of years. The thought is that after this, profits can be returned to shareholders.
6. Institution support, tight registry.
7. Market Cap $50m - $500m

If you don't have one that fits all of the above, please feel free to mention anyway.
