It is a once in a decade opportunity. Ran up recently from ~50 cents to 2.99. Very volatile SP, lots of hype atm but the asset base is huge.
1.25 bill market cap so above your parameters there, combination of oil and green-fields UCG [underground coal gasification]. The stock is regularly hammered by short selling [HFT], 5% SP move either way almost a daily occurrence, not well understood, canned by many professional commentators ....
