That's a very good question and it's been bugging me too. Is there any reciprocal right between EM and AP to use their patented products? Or does it mean the patent deposited by EM recently (thanks Caredes for finding these articles btw) could restricts AP to manufacture that particular improvement of the chip if it was to go elsewhere? Or is there any license agreements?..I'm pretty certain they would have sign a lot of papers to protect each other from one another!
I think from what has been discussed on this forum recently, we could already make a list of "hard" questions to be put to the board at the next AGM.
