In any case I am expecting figures to be published (by the end of this year) regardless of extent. That's what management has outlined as their intentions and that is what the market expects of them.
If they are incapable of doing so then there needs to be some serious soul searching and measurable predefined milestones for this project.
IVR languishing at these levels, lets hope only for a limited time.
