This will kick into things like drill rig avail, motel accomodation, and lots of other areas so will impact in a positive manner for explorers.
WRT Fed comments, market will react to anything at the moment.. Fed is looked at as the big brother that knows what direction the world is going (not an unreasonable assumption) so will certainly have an influence.. just need to plot their statements against markets to see we argue at our peril.. Trick is to try and pre-empt them.. and I guess that is what IVR is..
