Infratil is another one worth watching.
Invested in infrastructure, but quite different type of assets than their competitors (ex.data centers, renewables, radiology clinics).
They have a great track record in terms of the assets they manage.
Last year, there were rumors that Australiansuper could buy them. I don't know what's the situation now.
