For those looking to invest /punt on WOW because the share price has plummeted from the high of $38.80, and the dividend yield is becoming more attractive as the share price falls.....think again. The share price has fallen too far .... it HAS to be buy ..... think again.
There are 4 parts to the WOW franchise which are not mutually exclusive of the current WOW share price.
1. The DAN MURPHY franchise is the BUNNINGS of the wine retail market.....a WINNER!
2. BIG W ..... a WHITE ELEPHANT!
3. MASTERS...... an even bigger WHITE ELEPHANT!
4. WOW supermarkets..... the ELEPHANT in the room!
The first 3 were factored into the WOW share price some months ago.
The future direction of the WOW share price is now down to how the supermarkets division compete/perform/survive.
Looking forward 6 months!
