Well it goes like this.
Small caps get into bed with instos , they have interested parties that ramp their stock on certain outlets, that result pumping up the sp price.
And the Istos being fully aware a cap raise is imminent at a much lower sp the market is paying : short the stock.
The down rampers bag the viability of stock, helping create uncertainty - and the shorters clean up.
Now there sure ain't a signed contact going on with the dodgy practice but it sure does happen: over and over again!
