Beefarmer I think one of the more interesting aspects of investing, particularly with the more speculative stocks, is observing your own emotional states during the roller coaster ride (as impartially as possible), and taking note of how they have the potential to influence your decision making.
If you can consistently observe these and learn to keep them in check and stick with logic (which is much easier said than done and subjective even then), I reckon there are some real opportunities to be had.
