Anyway, IMO, it's them dancing around the truth of 'we f*'d up by getting some back alley CBD manufacturer to make our compound for the US patients'. Probably trying to be as quick as possible to get the product to market and beat other competitors.
That and US laws restricting the import of CBD (then and not now), hence not being able to be consistent with the AUS and US patients.
Lucky for us, there is now Purisys (which that ANN was ever so conveniently released just before 1503 results) and more relaxed laws.
This was all the pre-Vince era also. His US background only enchances moving forward.
Again, all IMO.
