Maybe, but around that time BOT had become one of the most talked about stocks on the HC. And with that had attracted a lot of non-holding downrampers. Could have just been lucky timing.
If you look at announcements to price swings there's actually more drops prior to positive news than up ramp going in. All in all, this company has kept very tight lips.
