A strategic review is generally based on an outlook of growth in revenue and profit, (MNM has had no growth, period!)
I would assume they will outline: getting the financials in order, and, identify where they can improve and reduce overheads....that's generally in all strategic reviews!
Secondly they will identify where there strengths are and focus on the priorities, which they have already made clear in the website, Norton & Morningstar. I am not sure what they will do with the other assets, either sell or they will be less prioritized, which we already know! Maybe Ex will take the coal for a price, but I hope not. They might invest now after seeing the acquisition of 2 new assets!
I would also assume they will release the timeline for Norton today in showing proof of the strategic review with probably KPIs in place and other telling factors.
Finally they will spruik of possible positive revenue growth and focus on their positive business endevours, using such terms as: driving sustainable and/or organic growth.
These thoughts are simply generalized. There will be no doubt of another capital raise, but it does seem the company has changed direction and the probability of more big boys entering is nigh!
Strong buy on this one now!
Looking forward to announcement tomorrow - should be positive, page-6
