I have no idea why both LHC and PGC are getting smashed at the same time. On volumes, PGC are taking a worse beating. It could (I have no idea) be related to the commentary in the budget update about the cutting of Govt funding for prostheses. If that is the case, LHC already flagged this a while back (and said that it wouldn't have material impact) so in that sense it's old news. PGC don't have that kind of exposure to Government regulation on their products (one of my reasons for favouring PGC over LHC) so that doesn't justify the SP fall. I have total faith in Mark Simari and the team am happy to see this out. I'd even consider topping up if the SP fell to <70c
