Firstly thanks Harry0312 for the comparison chart of the top 40, I found it interesting and the next couple of quarter's when added will show how the option conversions are going, big changes probably.
On the options, many of us have decisions to make and that process clearly has allready begun, will the sp creep away from the exercise price of the options??? Well after July can cross that off the list.
The tax dept ruling is worth a thread on its own, bit like the aldp, in the lap of the gods. This time around guide lines should be give us a better chance of predicting the outcome but need to a tax expert, so its a toss up for me.
Is that ruling the trigger we are waiting for to get this rolling or will the Indians sign with our finances still up in the air?
With these semi govt businesses my guess is no way so that tax dept ruling looms large for me.
Silly season only hours to run and back to the grind.
