Real nasty top there, its taking its time to roll over... as with zinc that means a long term cycle is turning down... which means its likely to be over for ZFX... maybe.
It should rally back to $16 at some point, but the view that this is a buying opertunity is probably wrong. Ignoring the variable that zinc might fall futher... I think the market has been holding ZFX up thinking that its just a short term correction in Zinc.
It is now evident to brokers and fund managers that its not. This will have to be factored into the share price over the coming months... most will probably hold on for the dividends, but nasty stuff selling after that.
