Looking forward: Who in oz can refine PGEs from Julimar?

3 newbie questions:
RE I've heard that processing/refining PGEs is difficult, expensive and challenging to environmental protection laws and hence also limited to plants overseas, so...

1) Are there any Aussie companies who are preparing to process extractions from Julimar and Julimar clones yet?
Or maybe someone can already refine PGEs in WA if they are scaled up?

otherwise 2) Who is the most likely refiner of PGEs from Julimar??

or 3) When CHN say they are planning a maiden resource by mid next year, does this usually meant to include plans for selling, or just extracting?

I bought my CHNs at 18cents so Im intoxicatedly thrilled eiither way.

But I'd gladly throw more money at them just to see how far they want to take it: as a JV or wholly owned production line from dirt to buyer.
