As an unrelated aside, I'm in the process of selling a large part of my portfolio to buy a property (not investment, upgrading houses). It's an interesting process having to aggressively work out what to sell and what to hold. Really makes me think what is good, what is great, and what I probably shouldn't be holding.
My current decisions have been to sell: AHO; MGW; SPC; ILU; WIL; PIF; MRL (with only MRL and WIL in the shouldn't be holding category).
The current holds are below. Almost turning into a spec portfolio, but I'm more than happy with all of them.
