I only rely on two chart patterns; the head and shoulders and the double bottom, although I do watch with interest the chartists' opinions about other formations.
I've done very well buying in after a stock has a big fall, goes to sleep for a bit, and then lifts off on very heavy volume.
FKP may do this, but until it does I'm not adding to my small holding.
