Very goood points ie bad side of traders and analysts. So if you dont like them then how do you go about picking your stocks? ie dont like FA Fundamental Analysis and dont like TA technical Analysis so does that mean all your money is in the bank. Not stirring mate is a serious question

this stock has some large shareholders with the rumour of them either breaking up the company or 1 selling there stake to the other. So not much in it for them to move the price around and traders arent going to go near it whilst its so flat.
1 interesting point in my book is that of all the REIT's out there this 1 is trading at 30% of NTA (sorry not sure of its current value when i was watching it NTA net tangible assts OF $3)share price 70c approx
I like AJA atm divi is better share price 36c NTA of about 73c distrib 7.5c... 3c being held if needed to pay down debt. does have tax concerns with the divi but most seem to be buying in Superfunds
