What FKP needs to break the 81c resistance is either a positive announcement from the management or some serious gains for REITs as a whole.
FKP is doing relatively better than most other REITs as its currently 4% only below its highest closing price within the last 52 weeks(81c).
FKP is NOT a dividend share and the 0.5c distribution was expected and the management reconfirmed it during the AGM so it did not surprise/disappoint me personally.
Patience is a virtue and we are too close i believe. As long as the XAO keeps on making gains the XPJ (including FKP) will follow sooner or later.
