If any buyback starts, price will shoot through the roof, first on news, secondly when buyback actually occurs. So there is no way the SP will be anywhere near that of today, especially given how illiquid it is. Plus do not forget there are statuary limits on how much can be bought back each year.
I think they probably can buy back 35 mil shares (just under 10%) for average 10c hence this would cost them $3.5mil. Of course they have to accumulate in small lots to avoid pushing the price up too much.
