Thanks for the valuable info. Realization of portfolio would be VERY nice. Did they explicitely say they are marketing the portfolio?

I also had a feeling that the portfolio might be getting too small to justify the management and company-running expenses. In relation to complete realization of portfolio, one concern I have from recent market releases was this, quote (bottom of page 4 last annual report):

"The sale of assets will be limited in the short-term due to prepayment restrictions associated with the new ING debt facilities"

Anyone knows how this may work should all assets be sold? Presumably there would be some penalty payable to the lender?
