Not only that but there are probably some additional positive hidden cents in the true NTA given they only revalued part of portfolio last time, assuming the rest of the portfolio has increased in value in line with the valued part.

With my earlier question what I meant was - did they by any chance say they are marketing the portfolio NOW or at least inviting inquiries?
