This maybe another one slipping into the portfolio.Not sure but they advertise as having new premises on their website which is now our property 13040 South Pulaski Avenue, Aslip.

Im getting a little up beat for a good half year report for us which should be due end this month.If this property was only half leased last year and these guys have taken up 200000 sqft .Then we may have another property under full lease?

Takes time jumble through it all and the half year report hopefully we reveal for us something to think about!

I have no idea when they came in as a tenant so take this as perhaps a tip for you own investment and research on mix.

Im itching for mix to update the market and their website.ps their is a first logistics in Australia but i dont think they are connected.


Its a huge big shed this one and does not make much income by the look of things but the value will be in the land i imagine? 7,7 million.

Im hoping its new because we may have lost some tenants perhaps along the way if this site points that way last year!Maybe it just runs on short lease terms perhaps?

All are dated 30/10/11 as available but the weighted average lease term is stated as three years on mixes website.The price for rent 60 cents sqf the price here is 29 cents so if we get price rise down the track this will tuck in some upside for longer term holders!

Loopnet has a change of rent in 12 month 2011 ?

All confusing stuff but thats why we are in mix for the upside hopefully.
