I dont see much happening in this stock for a while at least not until dividends start paying(12 or more months), it might drift down at which I'll be topping up, not that Im worried not while all the rent keeps pouring in paying down debt building up cash, the cash in the bank is around 6c per share from the fy 2012 of course that doesnt take into account mirvac loan but that will be gradually paid down,

all is good, different story from 12 months ago, quite a comeback, lets enjoy the ride up!
