These announcements are designed to sound fantastic but in fact are riddled with the get out of jail free cards.
Point of fact is that there is no start date and the timers kick in on LPD starting the works, they may start in 2020 for all we know. Have a read of the announcements, mostly written to be non commital. Ps.... LPD are running out of operational money, what are they going to use to drill peg 009 ? Maybe they have to do a capital raising?
