I think your thoughts are misguided. The driver of the LPD JV is the indications of the best high grade lepidolite in the area. It is currently not valued highly as there is no useful, proven treatment method. LPD obviously value the deposit and it has little value to PIO. It is the classic win/win. PIO retain the spodumene and pollucite. There is also the likelihood that LPd will prove up a treatment method for any future lepidolite discovered by PIO. I think you can forget about LIT except they may yet cause some delay.
