    No he is correct. It irks me investors still don't seem to "get" what a rights issue should be...

    A "rights issue" is NOT a proper legit rights issue (exclusive and fair to exisiting holders) if it also includes a 10 Million placement to outsiders.

    KNOW why this matters.
