I understand your concerns about Don's package (i'm sure its impressive).. But honestly people don't you think that he is there for a reason ie. his outstanding credentials and achievements not only with ccc but with previous companies? Picture a day in the working life of The Turvs a million and one things to do and people to talk to and delegate to and you think he would go gome and think i can now get on the bludge and ruin my reputation, future prospects and this company because they have granted me a generuos and very easily achieved incentive package...
