I cant speak for Alpha but I certainly think you are are holding a great stock , you mentioned a few reasons .. also remember land holdings ( owned freeholds/not leaseholds ) .. and port locations for transportation .. no debt ( which you mentioned ) .. and i can tell you the best woodchip contnt of any bluegums being grown , dont take my word for it , if you are a grower or shareholder call the company and do the Albany tour .. the setup will blow your mind , NOTHING is left to chance , excellent management is also a HUGE plus .
