It's true this is typically not the kind of the stock to excite investors yet at current prices and Dividend yield appears to be good value.
I think if the current management can improve the operating margin we can expect this company to be re-rated positively by the market. If they can manage the cost side of the buisness a little better the stock could lift into the 30's quite easily.
