    I wonder if the company doing the funding is allowed to buy stock before the funding takes place, owing to the fact I imagine they'll have inside information on where the company is going etc.
    If not they could be buying at the moment at these cheaper levels.
    I don't think they would have to show their hand until they have accumulated 5%...correct?
    That would give them a nice size parcel of around 12m (5%) plus 17.4m new shares. Somewhere around 12.5%
    Greyhoundtrainer with the closeness of the company finally getting to making money, unless I was short of money and had to sell it would seem stupid to me at selling now, when a month or so down the way the SP has got a very good chance of starting to head up.
    It's not just a dream anymore.
    Is the average price of the 5 days prior closing price or the overall trading day price....if it's closing price we'll just have to make sure it closes right every day.
