I have been observing this stock for quite a while now. I reckon their sales targets is highly achievable given the high population of women in those targeted countries where pap is not present. I read from somewhere before that cervical cancer is known to be the 2nd most common cause of cancer for women and each year, many women die of this.
As screening is not present in those targeted countries, it seems that there is an essential need for a certain percentage of the population that will participate in screening. Given that there isn't a close competitor around, I can't think of any reason how they will not be able to achieve their sales targets.
Page 18 of the corporate briefing mentions the female population in these countries:
China 470M
Korea 20M
South Aisa 417M
Indonesia/Malaysia 75M
East Europe: 153M
Middle East: 80M
South America 165M
