i suspect the DFS will arrive before the CR. I dont think they need the cash immediately, but will soon. Assuming im right, I imagine the DFS delays are extremely frustrating for IFE as it will extend the long lead items and development.
I just hope the SA govt doesnt stuff around with the Mining Licence app. when it arrives.
I maintain my hope of a Renounceable Rights Issue as the equity raising vehicle. Best way to go IMO.
