I am a former SH and hence I know something about the company.

IMHO, PEN's activities do NOT leverage off Australian mining expertise because in-situ leaching is not strictly mining. It is new territory for everyone and we know the company has blundered in the past and no doubt will in the future. It is too much trial-and-error for my liking.

Also I find the executives too avaricious.

Also the existing contracts nobble the company from enjoying any future uranium upside.

It probably is not a Paladin in the making so should survive but only because the CR's are being supported. Some big names went into recent CR's and blundered too.
