Correct, BBP's top priority is to get debt extended. The recent ann included following sentence which tells us that banks are asking BBP to pass on the cost to it's customers. Also we should expect results before 4th December 2009. That means it should be announced sometime tomorrow.

"BBP wishes to advises that its
discussions with the North West Shelf gas sellers, its syndicate of banks and
downstream customers are continuing"

"This is expected to occur prior to 4 December 2009"
