    The problem is that regardless of how good the products are, with 847 m shares outstanding, any "good" offer would be a "serious" transaction for the buyer.

    Ie. 40 cents would be worth $340 million (which is getting to be big money even for the massive Pharmas).

    Holders need to do 2 things:
    1. realise that due diligence will be extensive (ie. takes a long time),
    2. be aware that a deal will most likely not be at a price where all the shareholders can buy new cars.
